Our Raw Honey is only strained and does not undergo any commercial processing methods. By doing so, it retains all the nutrients and minerals which would otherwise be destroyed by heavy processing. We have swopped out sugars, jams and syrups in our household and instead use only Raw Honey, which naturally offers dietary anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, would-healing effecta and wound-healing action.

This lighter, medium-bodied and sweeter Raw Fynbos Honey comes from a farm in Piketberg, where the bees are exposed to a variety of Fynbos and can pick and choose which flower they prefer.
