Hello and welcome! Here’s a quick guide on how we work so you know exactly what to expect when placing your order.
Placing Your Order
To ensure delivery by Friday, please place your order by Monday at 12:00 pm.
Payment
We prefer payment via EFT after delivery. This way, you can confirm you’ve received all your items before making payment. Invoices are typically sent out the following week, from our accounting system, Xero.
Product Availability
We work with small farms where each item is carefully packed by hand. Because of this:
- Some items may be out of stock
- Quantities / Weights may vary (e.g., a 1kg steak may weigh a little more or less)
ALL PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ll happily resolve it.
Deliveries
We use our own refrigerated delivery vehicle for the Southern Suburbs, ensuring your items stay fresh.
Deliveries are currently done using cooler boxes for areas outside the Southern Suburbs. We are working on a cold trailer solution to improve this.
Dairy and most meats are received Friday mornings at 05:00.
Orders are packed and delivered in the following order: Southern Suburbs → Cape Winelands → Northern Suburbs → West Coast.
Order Collection
If you prefer to collect your order, collection points are available in Wynberg and Brackenfell.
- Collection times will be shared via WhatsApp on Thursdays.
- Please note that if you miss your collection time, payment is still required.
