Our favourite beef patty recipe is wonderfully simple to make:
Season your beef patties with spices of your choice and cook until juicy and perfectly done. Serve on fresh hamburger rolls or sourdough bread, layered with crisp rocket or your favourite lettuce, caramelised onions or raw purple onions, and hand-made cheese, grated for easy melting. Finish it off with a touch of pickled jalapeño for a little kick.
These burgers are an absolute winner in our home — loved by both adults and kids alike. We’re always met with happy shouts of “DELICIOUS!” and “MORE!”
