What is ghee?
Ghee is a form of clarified butter, used in cooking and baking due to it’s high smoking point, originating from the Middle East and India.
Ghee and butter typically have the same nutritional profile as both are derived from bovine, however ghee has a lower level of dairy proteins.
Our Farmer’s meat and dairy products are all locally raised as natural and free as possible and are situated on a farm 20km west of George, nestled by the Outeniqua mountains. The Dairy cows are grazed on lucerne and green pastures and are only milked once daily, to ensure a stress-free environment for both mothers and their babies
