Often called “Nature’s Multivitamin,” organs like liver, heart, and kidneys are packed with vital nutrients. But we know they can be hard to eat on their own—so we’ve blended them right into our signature slow-cooked bone broth for a more palatable, deeply nourishing option.
How it’s made:
We roast pasture-raised bones and organs, then steep them in apple cider vinegar and water to release minerals. The mixture is then slow-simmered for 12–18 hours with garlic, and salt is added only at the end—giving you control over the final taste. We may freeze the broth to preserve freshness, unless it’s prepared fresh before Thursday delivery.
