Your choice of Chicken or Beef Organ Broth
WHY ORGAN BROTH?
Organs, especially LIVER, has been classified as “Nature’s Multi-Vitamin”. However, it is so difficult for most of us to consume, so we had to come up with a plan to get this amazing “Super-Food” ingested. Instead of only making the Organ Broth, we decided to add it to our Homemade Broth to make it more tasty.
Bones and Organs are roasted and then steeped for an hour in Apple Cider Vinegar and water, then slow cooked for 8-24 hours with the Apple Cider Vinegar & Garlic, with Salt added right at the end. We choose to add less Salt so that you can add to your liking. Once done, we may freeze the Broth for an extended shelf life, unless it was finished by Thursday before delivery.
Our Chicken Broth contains a mixture of Chicken Carcasses, Chicken Feet & Chicken Necks & the Beef Broth contains a mixture of Broth Bones, Soup Bones & Beef Tendons, with respective Organs, which may include Kidney’s, Heart & Liver.
All our meat products are Pasture-Raised, free from GMO feeds, routine antibiotics, added hormones and cruelty free.
Our Broths are free from GMO’s, preservatives and any other nasty stuff.
So, basically, we roast ’em, soak ’em, slow cook ’em, cool ’em, bottle ’em and then MAYBE freeze ’em and then deliver ’em.
We require orders to be in by Monday in order to prepare your Homemade Organ Broth.
