Feta Cheese is a Greek brined curd white cheese, with a creamy texture and on the salty side. It is a great condiment for any meal and can be added to pizza’s, pasta’s, salads etc.
Our farm’s meat and dairy products are all locally raised as natural and free as possible and are situated on a farm 20km west of George, nestled by the Outeniqua mountains. The Dairy cows are grazed on lucerne and green pastures and are only milked once daily, to ensure a stress-free environment for both mothers and their babies
