Please note: Breads are received freshly baked on a Wednesday & immediately frozen. All you need to do is pop them in your over for a couple of minutes when received & it will be crispy & soft.
Products are made using stone-ground flour containing no additives or preservatives. Slow mixing fermentation allows for full flavour & enzyme development, minimal oxidation (nutrient loss), and easily digested bread. All gently hand shaped and baked in a wood-fired Spanish oven at high temperatures for a beautiful bold crust, and moist crumb.

We use this Sourdough Bread to make delicious veggie toasted sandwiches, along with Flaxseed Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar. But, it is also an excellent a filler with either Raw Dairy Butter, Free Range Eggs, Raw Honey, Peanut Butter or Hummus!
