Homemade Stock 1L
Your choice of Chicken or Beef Stock,
Bones are roasted and then steeped for an hour in Apple Cider Vinegar and water, then slow cooked for 3 hours with the Apple Cider Vinegar & Garlic, with Salt added right at the end. We choose to add less Salt so that you can add to your liking. Once done, we may freeze the Stock for an extended shelf life, unless it was finished by Thursday before delivery.
Perfect for those who can’t handle the natural histamine content of long-cooked Broths.
Our Chicken Stock contains a mixture of Chicken Carcasses, Chicken Feet & Chicken Necks & the Beef Stock contains a mixture of Broth Bones, Soup Bones & Beef Tendons.
All our meat products are Pasture-Raised, free from GMO feeds, routine antibiotics, added hormones and cruelty free.
Our Broths are free from GMO’s, preservatives and any other nasty stuff.
So, basically, we roast ’em, soak ’em, slow cook ’em, cool ’em, bottle ’em and then MAYBE freeze ’em and then deliver ’em.
