Your choice of Chicken or Beef Potassium Broth
WHY POTASSIUM BROTH?
Based on Sally Fallon Morrell’s recipe, we have chosen to add this broth to our offering to help rejuvinate those who are sick and new moms recovering from childbirth.
OUR METHOD:
(Also loosely based on Sally Fallon Morrell’s recipe’s) Bones are roasted and then steeped for an hour in Apple Cider Vinegar and water, then slow cooked with potatoes for 8-24 hours with the Apple Cider Vinegar & Garlic, with Salt added right at the end. We choose to add less Salt so that you can add to your liking. Once done, we may freeze the Broth for an extended shelf life, unless it was finished by Thursday before delivery.
Our Chicken Broth contains a mixture of Chicken Carcasses, Chicken Feet & Chicken Necks & the Beef Broth contains a mixture of Broth Bones, Soup Bones & Beef Tendons, with potatoes added for Potassium.
All our meat products are Pasture-Raised, free from GMO feeds, routine antibiotics, added hormones and cruelty free.
Our Broths are free from GMO’s, preservatives and any other nasty stuff.
So, basically, we roast ’em, soak ’em, slow cook ’em, cool ’em, bottle ’em and then MAYBE freeze ’em and then deliver ’em.
