Inspired by the nourishing principles of Sally Fallon Morrell, our Potassium Broth is a deeply restorative, mineral-rich option ideal for postpartum recovery, illness, or simply boosting daily wellness.
Crafted with pasture-raised bones and organic potatoes, this broth is gently slow-simmered for 12–18 hours with raw apple cider vinegar, garlic, and a pinch of natural salt (added at the end so you can season to taste). The addition of potatoes brings natural potassium, which supports hydration, adrenal health, and electrolyte balance—especially helpful during recovery or periods of fatigue.
