Our Chicken Liver Pâté is made traditionally, in small batches, using simple, whole ingredients and no unnecessary additives.
Prepared with pasture-raised chicken livers, real butter and cream, gently cooked onion and garlic, fresh thyme, and homemade chicken stock, this pâté is rich, smooth, and deeply nourishing. Olive oil and sea salt are added for balance and flavour — nothing more.
Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods available, naturally high in vitamin A, iron, B vitamins, and essential minerals. When prepared properly, it becomes both easy to enjoy and highly beneficial as part of a real-food diet.
Perfect as a spread on sourdough or toasted bread, added to snack plates, or paired with pickles and fermented vegetables.
