Free Range Chicken Whole
Weight varies from 1.5kg – 2.0kg
Simple Chicken recipe :
INGREDIENTS
1 Whole Bird
1 medium Lemon, sliced in half
few cloves of garlic, chopped (depending on how much you like garlic)
Salt, preferably Himalayan Pink Salt
DIRECTIONS
Rinse Chicken and pat dry with paper towel
Stuff chicken with half amount of garlic and half the lemon
Rub oil onto skin of chicken
Salt the chicken
Lay the garlic at bottom of dish with the chicken on top. Place other half of lemon next to bird.
Bake in oven, depending on your type of oven and tempreture, until cooked through.

Our chickens, ducks, sheep and pigs are allowed to roam free to forage, feed and enjoy the green grassy paddocks during the day, then safely penned at night to protect them from predators.
We require orders to be in by Midnight on Saturday for the products to be available for delivery by the following Friday.
